Progress

Finally the decorator has left, the bedroom is looking great, just got to finish the floor, the lights, buy a bed and move in. Been receiving all my bits and pieces through the post so got nearly all the Christmas shopping done now, and am getting about much easier too - finding that I am using the crutches more to steady me than support, and I am not taking as many painkillers now either.

All I need to do now is step up the exercise a bit once I am properly back on my feet to lose the wee bit of tummy that appears to have been transplanted as part of the operation!

Family First came today to pick up the dining room table so that is now out of the way, we have ordered a new one and we will probably decorate the room next.

Been getting up with Hub every morning, so knackered - looking forward to a couple of days off now that the decorator has gone. It gets tiring to have someone in the house all the time, as can never really relax, so looking forward to being able to enjoy my privacy.
